After the great success of Bubbles Death, Elvis decided to shot a second part. Based on the film “Profondo Rosso” by Dario Argento, Blossom has survived and she is back. After give a speech in Townsville Hall about her promise to find the one who murdered Bubbles, she returns with Buttercup to the hotel where the murder has been committed. Blossom doesn’t know that she falls into a trap where she will be the next victim.

At the beginning, Elvis has never planned make a trilogy. Bubbles Death was made only as a hobby, but the success was good enough to make a sequel. In this second chapter of The Death Of The Powerpuff Girls Trilogy, the killer is revealed and this film also offers a good dose of violence and density almost close to the first film. The animation is still the same, but the recreation of Argento’s classic in this film was well accepted by the audience. The fans of Cartoon Network shows gave some positive and negative gags on this film. This film became almost successful as Bubbles Death. Even this film helped to promote the new PPG series that had been aired in 2016 one month after the publishing of this short film.

Después del gran éxito de La Muerte de Burbuja, Elvis decidió filmar una segunda parte. Basado en el film “Rojo Profundo” de Darío Argento, Bombón ha sobrevivido y ella está de vuelta. Después de dar un discurso en la alcaldía de Saltadilla sobre su promesa de encontrar a quien asesino a Burbuja, ella regresa con Bellota al hotel donde el asesinato fue cometido. Bombón no sabe que cae en una trampa donde ella será la siguiente víctima.

Al inicio, Elvis nunca había planeado hacer una trilogía. La Muerte de Burbuja fue hecha solo como un pasatiempo, pero el éxito fue suficiente para hacer una secuela. En este segundo capítulo de La Trilogía de La Muerte De Las Chicas Superpoderosas, el asesino es revelado y este film también ofrece una buena dosis de violencia y densidad casi cercana al primer film. La animación sigue siendo la misma, pero la recreación del clásico de Argento en este film fue bien aceptada por la audiencia. Los fans de los shows de Cartoon Network dieron algunos gags positivos y negativos a este film. Esta película se volvió casi exitosa como La Muerte de Burbuja. Incluso este film ayudo a promocionar la nueva serie de Las Superpoderosas que fue lanzada al aire en 2016 un mes después de la publicación de este cortometraje.
